Refund policy

If you’re not obsessed with your Ela Wear product(s), you can return or exchange any new, unworn items with tags intact within 7 days of receiving your delivery (with date of delivery as day 1). The products for returns/exchanges will be picked up hassle-free by our courier partner from your doorstep.

EXCHANGE

  • We offer a one-time free exchange for size or style on all non-sale items.

  • Upon receiving the package, we'll conduct a quick quality check before dispatching your exchanged item or releasing the store credit. 

  • Items may only be exchanged once for free; If you are still unhappy with your exchange, you may return it only for a store credit with the validity of 1 year.

RETURNS

  • We charge a flat fee of ₹200 for returns of up to 2 items. For each additional returned item beyond 2, an extra charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the total refund amount. This is our flat fee levied on shipping & restocking the returned products to our warehouse facility. 

  • The refund amount will be reflected in your original payment mode within 5-7 working days. For COD order refunds we will get in touch with you for the bank/UPI details.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (On Request)

  • We offer same-day delivery in Mumbai and next-day delivery to select cities.
  • Express shipping is chargeable and available on prepaid orders only.
  • WhatsApp/Email us to request express shipping after placing your order.

CASH ON DELIVERY(COD)

We provide COD as a payment option on all orders across India. On all COD orders, flat ₹100 for upto 1KG and ₹200 for above 1KG will be levied in the checkout page. COD charges are non refundable in case of returns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will not be able to cancel any order once it is shipped. Cancellation charges ₹100 is applicable.

Please note -

  • All exchanges/returns are processed within 1-2 business days once we receive the package.
  • All damages or faults must be explicitly reported at the time of raising a return request combining all exchange and return request in 1 request.
  • We do not accept returns of items that are received with makeup/skincare stains, dirt, odour, perfume or any visible signs of wear. If a returned product is in any aforementioned conditions, it will be sent back to you and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To avoid this, we kindly request you to try on pieces with no makeup on. If the fit isn’t right, please re-pack the item immediately in its original packaging to ensure it stays pristine. 

    We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy these conditions.

  • If an exchange is made for an item of lesser value, the balance will be refunded as a credit note only. If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be asked to pay the difference using any available payment option.
  • All Sales items on our “Sale” page are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. In any situation if the Sale items are accepted for returns, the refund will be as store credit.
    Please note, refund for returning sale and non-sale items from same order will be refunded as store credit only. 

  • We work Monday through Friday from 8 am till 5pm, excluding gazetted holidays; Please allow us 24-48 hrs of time to respond over any channel.
  • By initiating a purchase of product(s) on this website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification.
